When you are hotel hopping like us, time just seemed to zip by real
fast. Before we knew it, it's time to check out of Hyatt.
But first we would have lunch since it's too early to check back into
Kowloon Hotel.
Using our airport express card, we hopped onto their free shuttle to
Element Mall above Kowloon Station. Our target was Xia Mian Guan.
Besides Cantonese, my favorite regional Chinese food is Shanghai and
Xia Mian Guan had always been on my to-try list. Most of the food
we ordered was good but overall not as great as Xia Fei.
